How to prepare my child for class:
Leotards are required for girls. We sell them in our pro-shop or you can sometimes find them at Target or Amazon is another good option.  Shorts and/or capris are okay as long as they are not baggy. Boys may wear shorts or pants. No baggie shirts. Athletic/fitted style tops work great. Pease avoid any clothing with zippers, metal clasps or buttons as these can scratch or damage equipment. Long hair should be pulled back away from the face. No jewelry can be worn (stud earrings are okay). No extra clothing such as leg warmers, hoodies, skirts, etc. Bare feet are recommended for proper traction.

You may send a water bottle with your child if you would like or we also have a drinking fountain available.

Please have your gymnast wait upstairs for class to begin if they show up early.

Drop Off/Pick Up:
Parents are welcome to stay and watch their child as we have a viewing area upstairs or you can drop off and pick up at the end of class. If you are dropping off and picking up your child we ask that you child doesn’t wait for you outside or downstairs by themselves after class since we don’t have adult supervision downstairs. We would like it if the person picking up comes inside at the end of class.

Illness Policy:
Please don’t send your child to gym if he/she has a fever, runny nose, a cough or any other flu like symptoms. For recreational gymnasts we do offer make-up classes.

Make-Up Policy:
We allow up to 10 make-up classes during the school year session. If you need to schedule a make-up please call the office to set up a day and time to do that. Note: There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes. All make-up classes must be completed by May 30th, 2025. Make-up cannot be rolled into the summer or following school year sessions.

Class Cancellations:
We do our very best to run classes as scheduled each week; however on occasion we do have a coach call out due to illness or an emergency. If this happens we try to find a different coach that can cover, but if we are unable to do that then unfortunately a class may need to be cancelled. If this happens you will receive an email from us in the early afternoon on the scheduled day of class letting you know of the cancellation. Due to the amount of kids a coach has in a day we aren’t able to make personal phone calls. If a class is cancelled you can either request a credit for the missed class or schedule a make-up to attend on a different day.

Tuition:
We offer an “early bird” week each month that allows you to receive a $5 tuition discount per child. You will receive an email from the gym letting you know it’s “early bird” week. If you respond to the email and have a card on file we will process your payment with the discount. If you chose to pay through the portal during “early bird” week you won’t receive the discount. At this time we don’t have an auto pay option however, if you wish for Alison to run your card automatically during the “early bird” week please let her know and she will add you to the list. Tuition is due by the 5th of the month. If tuition isn’t paid by the last day of the current four week session, your child will be dropped from class.

Drop Policy:
You are welcome to drop a class at anytime; however if you drop in the middle of a four week session we will not refund tuition.
